The Mission of Our Place is to promote and encourage RECOVERY and wellness through positive interactions and experiences within a peer-directed, community-based environment.
Our Place serves individuals age 18 and older who have mental illnesses and/or substance abuse disorders.
Our Place plays an important role in the community by stessing personal values of RECOVERY.
Our Place is a great place for people to go for social interactions and relaxation.
Our Place feels safe, enjoyable, and supportive to all who enter the building.
Our Place promotes opportunities for personal empowerment, growth, recovery, and wellness on many levels.
Our Place is directed and staffed by people who have experienced mental health issues. Our Place receives board-based community support.
Our Place is not a crisis stabilization center or a shelter.
